  After a long day at work, I went in looking for navy blue dress shorts for my husband. I searched atleast 45 mins. I finally found a pair of Levi shorts I thought he might like. Let me say that I found 3 20 something people in the Big and Tall section. 1 was standing, 1 was sitting on her ladder, 1 was working. I had to interrupt their laughing conversation to ask for help. The 2 girls that were not working did direct me to the Haggar section thinking I would like their shorts. I finally found it, but did not like anything there. Anyway, I took the shorts and two shirts and stood in line. When I was rung up, I was informed that the Kohl's discount I had did not work on Levi brand. I was so tired and frustrated by that time I just told the cashier that I had a hard time finding what I wanted. I just didn't want anything. I walked out.
