Reviews about Kelly's Wholesale Carpet & Flooring LLC

Kelly was super helpful and knowledgable in helping us choose carpet for our finished basement. He has a lot of experience and knows what he's talking about. We came back to him to get a carpet remnant to use as a rug in our living room and he was able to get it bound for us which made a huge rug super affordable. I completely recommend Kelly's Wholesale Carpet to my friends.

I had flooring installed in January by Kelly's Carpeting. My initial interaction with Kelly and the guys that installed the floor was great. Everything went smoothly and quickly. However, towards the end of June/beginning of July, two areas of the floor started to separate and leave a gap between the planks. I contacted Kelly since the floor was under warranty and asked if someone could come out and fix it. He responded letting me know that he would have one of his guys contact me to set up a time to do so. Almost 2 MONTHS later and still no one had come out to fix it. Finally, after multiple emails they came out at 6am. Apparently that was the only time they could do it. Now, it's only been a couple months since they "fixed" it and it's starting to separate again as well as separate in another location of the house. Keep in mind, the floor is still under warranty. I contacted Kelly letting him know what the situation is and asking if they could come BACK out and fix it a second time. I heard no response. I tried contacting him again 2 weeks later and and still nothing. Apparently now we are just IGNORING the fact that there are issues with the flooring. I don't understand why you would offer a warranty on flooring if you are not willing to fix issues when they arise. I guess if I'm wanting it corrected I will have to contact a completely separate company to do the job.
