  This is what we experienced at your Lexington Ohio store. We are just so disappointed with how everything was done at this store. We put a sectional couch in layaway. We really liked it. We told them it would be some time before we picked it up and was told that they had carried this particular couch for years and that it was so popular that it would be available when we were ready. Well all went well until we started making payments and they would loose our bank checks that were confirmed sent by the bank, started making payments in-person to prevent this issue. Well the day had come that we were ready to pay off our couch and schedule deliver. Went to the counter to make the last payment and was told that that couch was discontinued and They had a replacement. We were shown the replacement and there was no comparison to the one we wanted, even the color wasn't even close. I was told by a very rude boy with a ponytail to take it or leave it. Then he can back and said well if your ready want the one you ordered (Duh!) That he could call the manufacturer and they could ship it to the store. That's great we thought as he was kinda laughed under his breath, but it would take 6 to 8 weeks. We kindly asked for our money back, well we had made payments with our debut card so that had to be put back on there and buy the way 4 days later and it still has not shown up in my account and the rest of the payments were made in cash. We were told that we could not have cash back they would need to send a check which would take 7to 10 days. The reason is it's tax return season, Whatever that ment And we still don't have a couch and now we don't have the money to fully pay for it. This particular store is a joke. Customer service is none existent. It is run by a fool that thinks he is some kinda tough guy. Well I know you are probably going to delete this post but that's no problem I am sending a copy that reads very much the same as this one to your corporate office and to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I don't know how a company can employ someone of this mind set. Steer clear.
